The PlayStation Network "Welcome Back" Program will take effect THIS week. exactly what day it will occur is still a mystery though... The folks at the PlayStation Blog have not told us anything more than what I already explained in an earlier post.
One thing I did forget to mention is that once the PSN is back online you will have to make a new password. Yes you HAVE to, its mandatory.
I for one, just want the damn thing back online! They said next week last week, so its this week :)
Also, keep in mind that the welcome back program is only for those who had a PSN account before it went down.
